- In Australia: Free delivery on all orders.
- No hidden charges: All charges are clearly indicated when the order is placed.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday.
- Last order time: 22:00 CET
- Weekend orders: Orders placed at weekends are processed on the next working day.
TRANSIT TIME
- Estimated delivery time: 8-15 working days.
- Working days: Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transport problems.
- Total delivery time: it takes between 8 and 15 working days to receive your order.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS
- Reporting missing items: Contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your parcel via our Contact form or contact@lunabay-boutique.com
- Solving the problem: We will solve the problem as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the DELIVERY DATE.
- Return conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
- Return costs : The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or does not correspond to the description. In this case, Luna Bay Boutique will pay the return costs.
- Refunds: Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return and will be refunded according to the original method of payment.
RESTOCKING COSTS
- No restocking fees: Luna Bay Boutique does not charge restocking fees for returns.
RETURN COSTS
- For defective products: No charge to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any other way.
- For defective products: the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. This applies when the customer has bought the wrong product, the item does not suit them or they no longer want it.
